【摘要】 目的探讨优质护理应用于老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病的效果。方法选取我科收治的35例慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者展开优质护理措施,并对其应用效果进行分析讨论,进而探寻最佳合理的临床护理干预措施,以便全面了解患者的病情及转归情况。结果此组患者经过住院治疗和临床护理之后生命体症均保持平稳。患者的心功能以及咳嗽、咳痰症状均得到了明显改善,与住院时情况相比,结果差异较为显著(P<0.05)。结论针对肺心病合并冠心病患者,护理人员应依据肺心病的临床特点来采用全面且优质的护理措施,从而有效降低了肺心病患者的死亡率,亦降低了并发症的发生率,显著提高了患者的生活及生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore for senile chronic cor pulmonale with the quality of clinical nursing effect of coronary heart disease.Methods:Selection of 35 cases admitted in our department in patients with chronic cor pulmonale with coronary heart disease(CHD) quality care and analyzes its effect to discuss,and find reasonable clinical nursing intervention measures,a comprehensive understanding of the patient and the outcome.Results:This group of patients after hospital treatment and clinical nursing were characterized by living things smoothly.In patients with cardiac function and symptoms of cough,sputum were significantly improved,compared with the situation at the time of admission,the result has a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with cor pulmonale with coronary heart disease,the clinical characteristics of nursing staff should be cor pulmonale to take comprehensive and high quality nursing measures.So as to effectively reduce the mortality of the patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient’s quality of life and survival.更多还原
