生物胶粘合技术固定干骺端碎骨折块的再研究
Research on the Technology of Biological Glue in the Fixation of the Crushed Stem Epiphyseal End Fracture
【摘要】 目的:研究干骺端粉碎性骨折碎骨块的生物胶粘合固定应用技术,总结生物胶粘合技术固定游离骨块的临床经验。方法:将应用生物胶粘合技术治疗的干骺端粉碎性骨折的50例患者进行临床回顾性研究,与应用其它内固定技术治疗的对照组的30例患者对比分析,对有无骨块移位、骨折愈合时间、关节功能评价进行分析研究。结果:骨块移位发生率、关节功能满意、有效率明显较治疗组低(P<0.05),而患者的骨折愈合时间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用生物胶粘合技术是治疗骨干骺端骨折碎骨块固定的一种有效方法。
【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of the technology of the biological glue in the fixation of the free bone fragment through the analysis of the technology of the biological glue in the fixation of crushed stem epiphyseal end fracture. Methods: The clinical data of 50 patients who were carried out the technology of the biological glue for the fixation of their crushed stem epiphyseal end fractures were retrospectively analyzed. Then 30 cases that were treated with other fixation technology were divided into the control group. Then the bone shift, fracture healing time and the joint function evaluation of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The incidence of bone shift, the function satisfaction and joint function evaluation of the control group were significantly lower than those of the treatment group(P <0.05).No significant difference was examined in the fracture healing time(P>0.05). Conclusion: Technology of biological glue is an effective way for the fixation of the crushed stem epiphyseal end fracture.
