【摘要】 目的探讨研究中医治疗晚期癌症疼痛的临床效果。方法将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组服用中药止痛,对照组服用西药止痛,评价两组疗效和不良反应情况。结果观察组止痛效果略优于对照组,观察组治疗后NRS评分显著低于对照组,治疗后KPS评分显著高于观察组,两组间比较具有显著性差异,观察组治疗后不良反应率明显低于对照组。结论中药治疗晚期癌症患者疼痛可减少治疗后不良反应情况,减少患者痛苦,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine treatment of cancer pain. Methods: All patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group taking pain medicine, patients in control group were treated with western medicine to relieve pain and evaluation of curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results: In the observation group analgesic effect is slightly better than that of the control group, after treatment in observation group NRS score was significantly lower than that of the control group, after treatment, KPS score was significantly higher than that of the observation group, between the two groups compared with significant differences, were observed in the treated group after the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with advanced cancer pain can reduce the treatment of adverse reaction after, reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life.更多还原
