【摘要】 目的观察对老年进展期胃癌患者采用紫杉醇和替吉奥联合进行治疗的近期疗效和不良反应。方法选取2012年12月至2014年12月间我院收治的老年进展期胃癌患者50例作为临床研究对象,采用紫杉醇和替吉奥联合进行治疗,观察患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果本组50例患者均可评价疗效,其中CR0例,PR19例(47.5%),SD 16例(40.0),PD5例(47.5%),治疗的总有效率为47.5%。50例患者治疗后的不良反应主要为消化道反应和骨髓抑制,大多数患者均可耐受,少数反应比较严重的患者给予对症处理后症状明显改善。骨髓抑制和消化道反应大多为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度,可以耐受,无患者死亡。结论对老年进展期胃癌患者采用紫杉醇和替吉奥联合进行治疗具有良好的疗效,且毒副作用较轻,值得在临床上进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the short-term clinical curative effect and the side and toxic effects of the combination of Paclitaxel and S-1 in the treatment of old patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods: 50 old patientswho were diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer and were treated in our hospital from 2012 December to December2014 were the research object of this paper. After combined treatment of paclitaxel and S-1, their clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed and summarized. Results: All the 50 patients were evaluated, with 0 case of CR, 19 casesof PR(47.5%), 16 casesof SD(40), 5cases of PD(47.5%). The total effective rate of treatment was 47.5%. The main adverse reactions in 50 patients after treatment weregastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow suppression.Most patients can tolerate these reactions. Appropriate treatment was given to those with serious reactions which they could not tolerate. After that, their symptoms were improved significantly. Mostmyelosuppression and digestive tract reaction only reached onetotwo degree, which can be tolerated. Therefore, no patients died. Conclusion: The combination of Paclitaxel and S-1 in the treatment of old patients with advanced gastric cancerhas good clinical effect and few adverse reactions.
