【摘要】 目的探究和分析冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者降脂治疗的效果。方法选择我院2014年1月份到2015年1月份接收的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者60例为主要对象,随机分成对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组给予非药物治疗,实验组患者增加降脂药物治疗。观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果在总有效率比较上,实验组比对照组高,差异明显,P<0.05,提示有统计学意义;在治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、心绞痛发作、∑ST比较上,实验组优于对照组,差异明显,P<0.05,提示有统计学意义。结论对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者给予降脂药物治疗,能够有效改善患者的病情,值得普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical effect of lipid-lowering therapy in the treatment of angina pectoris combined with stable coronary heart disease. Methods: 60 patients who were treated for angina pectoris and stable coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were implemented with non-drug therapy while patients in the experimental group were treated with lipid-lowering therapy. Then the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. And their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of the TC, TG, LDL-C, the attacks of angina pectoris and ∑ST, the experimental group is much better than the control group. Their difference is statically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The lipid-lowering therapy can effectively improve the condition of the patient with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
