【摘要】 目的:观察大清生物纸在剖宫产术中应用具有杀菌消炎作用。方法:随机抽取样本:近期(2013.06至今)我科剖宫产分娩患者术中应用大清生物纸患者100例,未使用大清生物纸患者100例。观察患者术后体温、血象、中性粒细胞比率、住院时间。结果:剖宫产术中使用大清生物纸患者比未使用患者术后体温(T)偏低(P<0.05)、血象(WBC)偏低(P<0.05)、中性粒细胞比率(N%)偏低(P<0.05)、住院时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论:大清生物纸在剖宫产术中应用,具有一定的杀菌消炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the bacteriocidation and anti-inflammation effects of Dasting bio-paper when used for cesareandelivery.Methods:Random drawing of samples: 100 patients who have recently( June 2013 up to now) used Dasting bio-paper during cesarean delivery in our department and 100 patients who haven’ t used Dasting bio-paper during this period.Observation was made on postoperative body temperature, hemogram, neutrophil ratio and hospital stays of patients.Results:Compared with patients who haven’t used Dasting bio-paper paper during cesarean delivery, those who have used Dasting bio-paper have lower body temperature(P<0.05), lower hemogram(WBC)(P<0.05), lower neutrophil ratio(N%)(P<0.05), and shorter hospital stays(D)(P<0.05).Conclusion:When used in cesarean delivery, Dasting bio-paper hascertain effect on bacteriocidation and anti-inflammation.更多还原
