【摘要】 目的研究剖宫产术时行子宫肌瘤剔除术临床效果。方法从2012年4月到2014年4月,选取我院的50例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖产术患者,将其分为两组,试验组术时行子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组未行子宫肌瘤剔除术,分析对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后出血量、产褥病率。结果试验组手术时间、住院时间明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后产褥病率、术中出血量、术后出血量与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠合并子宫肌瘤行剖宫产术时行子宫肌瘤剔除术安全可靠,除了手术时间和住院时间延长,术后无明显并发症发生。医生应在保障母婴安全的前提下,据肌瘤的大小、位置等情况,积极行肌瘤剔除,以避免二次手术风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to study the cesarean section: uterine fibroids eliminate clinical effect. Methods from April 2012 to April 2014, selected from the 50 cases of pregnancy with uterine fibroids line cutting production operation, it can be divided into two groups, experimental group: uterine fibroids to eliminate, control group without uterine fibroids excluding, analyzed two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative blood loss, puerperal disease rate.
