The properties of the edge states in the topological insulator In As/Ga Sb/Al Sb quantum well in the presence of a perpendicular magnetic field are studied numerically. The effect of the magnetic field is included in our model by adding an on-site Zeeman term and a vector potential to the electron wave vector: k + e A.
