【摘要】 在物流行业中,快件分拣员的工作属于大量简单重复性劳动,极易产生生理和心理疲劳,造成生产效率下降和出错率上升。研究运用《疲劳评定量表》测定被试者的疲劳程度,循环进行分拣实验,运用E-Prime量化测定疲劳程度。通过重复分拣实验测定疲劳,量化后分析疲劳主要影响因素得出:心理疲劳是影响分拣效率的重要因素,心理疲劳会降低分拣效率,使错误率上升。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we used the fatigue measurement scale to test the fatigue level of the parcel sorting operators, then through repeating the sorting experiment, used the E- Prime method to quantify the fatigue level of the operators, and at the end, on the basis of such test, found that psychological fatigue was an important factor influencing the efficiency of the sorting operation.更多还原
