【Abstract】 In this paper, on the basis of the express alliance service station, we took advantage of Flexsim visual simulation technology to enhance the efficiency of service stations. Then we raised a simulation analysis method of the writing system process for the express alliance service station and established the personnel and capacity model to simulate. Finally, we analyzed and optimized the operating results. The case study showed that this method could improve the overall operation efficiency of the service station.更多还原
