基于PVR-CDIO模型的电子商务物流人才培养路径探析——以上海师范大学天华学院为例
Exploration of E-commerce Logistics Talents Cultivation Path Based on PVR-CDIO:In the Case of Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University
【摘要】 介绍了上海师范大学天华学院物流管理专业创新人才培养理念,其在借鉴CDIO工程教育理念基础上,结合学院"专、通、雅"协调发展的教育理念,构建了"PVR-CDIO"模型,制定了电子商务物流人才的培养路径:根据PVR-CDIO模型重新整合电子商务物流人才的能力和素质培养标准,重构"一体化"的课程体系,制定"四年一贯制"的校企合作电子商务物流人才培养方案。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduced the innovative talents cultivation idea of the logistics management specialty in Tianhua College of Shanghai Normal University, who imitated the education idea of CDIO and PVR to establish the PVR-CDIO model and formulate the talents cultivation path. According to that model, we reintegrated the cultivation standards of talents’ capabilities and qualities, reconstructed the course system and enacted new training scheme under the help of enterprises.
