【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduced the concept and implementing procedure of the business process optimization as well as the business process of the spare parts distribution center of Nanjing CMSC Logistics Co., Ltd., then analyzed the operational status of the spare parts reception, switching packaging and distribution processes of the company, and at the end, proposed the corresponding measures to optimize the existing problems.更多还原
