中厚钢板分层缺陷的力学性能影响分析
Analysis of influence of lamination defect on the mechanical property of medium steel plate
【摘要】 通过对出现分层缺陷的Q345B中厚钢板进行的力学性能对比试验探讨了分层缺陷对中厚钢板质量的具体影响,通过钢板厚度方向上拉伸与硬度性能试验结合工艺过程分析了分层缺陷产生的原因。结果表明:分层缺陷明显降低中厚板的抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击韧性、弯曲韧性等力学性能,严重影响中厚板质量;造成分层缺陷的主要原因是钢板中心处连续分布的偏析带、长条形硫化物夹杂和铁素体混晶组织。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of Q345 B medium steel plate with lamination defects were compared to discuss the influence of lamination defect on the quality of medium plate. The tensile property and hardness performance in the thickness direction were tested to analyze the causes of lamination defect. The results indicated that the lamination defects significantly reduced the mechanical properties of medium steel plate, including the tensile strength, yield strength, impact toughness and bend ductility. As a result, the quality of medium plate was seriously affected. The main reasons to cause lamination defect included the continuous segregation band distributed in center of plate, the elongated sulfide inclusions and ferrite mischcrystal structure.
