受偏心拉伸杆件的中性层位置的确定

【摘要】 为了测定偏心拉伸杆件在组合变形下中性层的位置,在材料力学多功能试验台上对试件施加偏心力p,通过应变与力综合测试仪测定偏心拉伸杆件两侧壁电阻应变片的应变ε,代入公式εp=(ε1+ε2)/2,εm=(ε1-ε2)/2和σ=E×ε,σ1,2=p/A±6M/bh2。当轴向拉应力与弯矩产生的压应力相等时,杆件上的应力等于零。通过应力等于零且平行杆件截面形心的直线就是试验所求偏心拉伸杆件在组合变形下中性层的位置。结果表明:满足公式y=h2/12e,既可得出偏心拉伸杆件在组合变形下的中性层的位置。受偏心拉伸杆件的中性层位置与杆件的宽度h的平方、偏心距e的大小有关,与杆件的厚度b和外加载荷P无关。

【Abstract】 In order to determine the neutral layer position of eccentric tension rod under the combined deformation, the specimen was applied eccentric force p in mechanical multifunction test bench, eccentric tension rod side walls of resistance strain gauge strain ε values measured by the strain and strength tester, into the formula εp=( ε1+ ε2)/2,εm=( ε1- ε2)/2, σ = E × ε,σ1, 2= p/A ± 6M/bh2. When axial tensile stress and compressive stress by the bending moment was equal, stress on the rod was zero. The straight line througth stress zero and parallel rod-shaped section was the neutral layer position of eccentric tension rod under the combined deformation. The results show that the neutral layer position of eccentric tension rod under the combined deformation can be obtained with meeting the formula y= h2/12 e. The position of the neutral layer under eccentric tension rod related to square of h( the width of the rod) and e( the size of the eccentricity), had nothing to do with b(the thickness of rod) and P(the applied load).
