利用磷化废渣生产磷酸三钙技术

【摘要】 为解决磷化废渣综合利用问题,提出将磷化废渣中铁分离后生产磷酸三钙的方法。磷化废渣中富含磷元素和铁元素。首先将磷化废渣经过氧化预处理,将铁元素氧化成三价铁离子,经过碱化处理得到氢氧化铁,分离并处理后得到氧化铁。液相中磷酸根的纯度得到提高,加入氯化钙溶液,通过控制温度和p H,得到磷酸三钙产品。外加物质如钠离子和氯离子,可形成氯化钠产品提取出来。提取铁元素和磷元素之后的磷化废渣,可用于生产建筑材料。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of comprehensive utilization of waste phosphating slag,a method that using it to produce tricalcium phosphate after iron separation was put forward.Waste phosphating slag was rich in phosphorus and iron elements.Firstly,through pre-oxidation treatment,iron in the waste phosphating slag was oxidized into ferric ions.Then ferric hydroxide was obtained through alkali treatment,and finally,iron oxide was obtained by isolation and treatment.Thus the purity of phosphate in the liquid phase was improved,and tricalcium phosphate was prepared after adding calcium chloride solution,and by controlling the temperature and p H.The introduced materials,such as sodium ions and chloride ions,could be removed by forming sodium chloride.After extracting iron and phosphorus elements,the waste phosphating slag could be used in the production of building materials.
