碘化锂的制备工艺进展

【摘要】 碘化锂是一种重要的化学试剂,作为催化剂具有收率高、反应稳定、选择性高等优点。而电池级碘化锂具有高能量、低损耗、寿命长以及密封性能好等优点,已经广泛用于心脏起搏器的电源材料。介绍了碘化锂的性质及应用,综述了丙酮法、联氨法、硫化氢还原法、中和法、液氮法、还原-中和法及有机溶剂法等制备方法,讨论了各类制备方法的优缺点,中和法和还原-中和法是比较适用于工业化生产的方法。列举了几家公司的碘化锂产品质量指标。最后对碘化锂产业前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Lithium iodide is an important chemical reagent,which has advantages of high yield,stable reaction,and high selectivity as catalyst.With high energy consumption,low loss,long life,and good sealing performance,the battery grade lithium iodide has been widely used in pacemakers supply materials.Properties and application of lithium iodide were introduced.The methods,such as acetone method,hydrazine method,sulfureted hydrogen reduction method,neutralization method,liquid nitrogen method,reduction-neutralization method,and organic solvent method,for preparation of lithium iodide were summarized.Advantages and disadvantages thereof were discussed.Neutralization method and reduction-neutralization method were suitable for industrial application.Several companies′ product quality standards of lithium iodide were listed.Finally,the prospect of lithium iodide industry was briefly described.
