浅析湿法磷酸脱氟反应原理

【摘要】 针对目前二水物法生产湿法磷酸存在的产品氟含量过高的问题,对湿法磷酸脱氟净化进行了研究。介绍了湿法磷酸中氟的存在形态,并对脱氟过程中常见的3种脱氟方法:化学沉淀脱氟、真空浓缩和汽提脱氟方法的反应原理和脱氟率影响因素进行了分析,据各种方法的反应原理,进一步探究影响脱氟率的因素。该研究对湿法磷酸的精加工具有重要意义,可以为解决深度脱氟净化工艺用于实际生产中出现的问题提供更广阔的思路。

【Abstract】 In allusion to the problem of high fluorine content in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid(WPA) by dihydrate method,the de-fluorination purification for WPA was studied.The existing forms of fluorine in wet process phosphoric acid was briefly described.The reaction principles and fluorine removal factors of 3 common de-fluorination methods:chemical precipitation de-fluorination,vacuum concentration,and steam stripping,in the de-fluorination process were analyzed.The influencing factors of the de-fluorination rate were further investigated according to the reaction principles of each method.It was of great significance for fine processing of WPA,and provided a broader thinking to solve the problems of deep de-fluorination purification applied in practical production.
