磷酸盐水泥界面过渡区研究
Study on Interfacial Transition Zone in Phosphate Cementitious Materials
【摘要】 磷酸镁水泥(MPC)是一种新型胶凝材料,常用作快速修补材料,并取得了良好的效果,但关于磷酸镁水泥的界面过渡区的研究目前却十分缺乏。采用XRD、SEM以及EDX等方法对磷酸镁水泥与抛光大理石界面处的物相、微观形貌进行了分析,同时也对界面过渡区的各元素分布进行了测试,对磷酸镁水泥的界面过渡区进行了分析。实验结果表明,磷酸镁水泥在界面处与内部的水化产物晶体生长状况均良好,界面过渡区晶体生长状况与内部差别不大,在加水拌合1h后有大量生长状况良好的水化产物晶体形成,随着龄期的增加,晶体会逐渐增大、增多,晶粒形状也会发生一定变化,结合EDX分析界面过渡区元素变化情况可知,在界面处有大量的Mg及P元素分布,但在距离界面70μm后分布才有一定规律。
【Abstract】 Magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)is a new cementitious material.In this paper,the phases,micromorphology and the element distributions of the interface between magnesium phosphate cement and polished marble were tested by XRD,SEM and EDX.The experimental results show that the crystal growth of hydration products at the interface and inside of magnesium phosphate cement has no significant difference,and the crystal growth is good.A lot of well growth crystals were formed at one hour after mixing cement with water.With the increase of the setting time,the crystal will gradually become larger,and the shape of crystal will change.Using EDX to analyze the distribution of elements,it is shown that there are a large number of Mg and P at the interface,which distributes in accordance with certain rules from interface to 70μm.
