基于精益约束的敏捷采访模式构建

【摘要】 数字化全媒体新闻报业是支撑三网融合新闻服务的新兴高技术产业,代表着数字信息制造工程的全新应用方向。面向数字化全媒体新闻数字出版,建构起数字化全媒体新闻采访流程。基于先进制造技术理念,以"快、全、透"为需求向网络受众提供数字化全媒体新闻信息服务,提出了敏捷采访模式;以"少、小、大"为需求向网络受众提供数字化全媒体新闻信息服务,提出了精益采访模式。面向数字化媒体新闻采访流程,单纯的敏捷采访在流程的每个工序都有可能发散,单纯的精益采访将在流程的每个工序都有可能收敛至采访停滞。为确保数字化全媒体新闻采访的实现,根据数字化全媒体新闻采访流程,按照由作业系统、作业体制、作业组织和作业任务组建的数字化全媒体新闻采访工程结构,建立基于精益约束的敏捷采访模式。

【Abstract】 Digital journalism is a new high-tech industry that supports news services’ tri-networks integration,and represents a new direction for information manufacturing engineering.Digital journalism focuses on building up aprocess for covering and publishing news using digital media.It is designed based on the idea of advanced manufacturing technology and aims to provide news services for internet users in a "prompt,comprehensive,and transparent" way,which calls for a model that can cover news promptly.It also aims to provide news services for internet users in a "concise,precise and catchy" way,which calls for a model that can cover news precisely.When covering news digitally,prompt coverage may result in coverage that is unfocused at every stage of the process,while precise coverage may get caught up in details or even stagnate.In order to cover news digitally,we need to establish a model that can cover news promptly yet is kept in check by a demand for precision,using digital media and a coverage structure that consists of operating systems,institutions,organizations and tasks.
