【摘要】 鼻咽癌是耳鼻咽喉科最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,地域分布特点明显,其发生与遗传因素、环境因素、EB病毒感染因素等密切相关。鼻咽癌治疗主要是以放疗为主,放疗后出现的鼻部并发症也较多,其中最常见的是放射性鼻窦炎。为进一步研究鼻咽癌放疗后的鼻部并发症,现将既往鼻咽癌放疗后放射性鼻窦炎相关诊治研究文献作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nasopharyngeal cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the Department of Otolaryngology,especially in Guangxi,Guangdong,accounting for about 80% of the local cancers. It is even nicknamed "Guangdong and Guangxi cancer,"closely related to genetic factors,environmental factors,EB virus infection factors. Radiotherapy is the main treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer,and nasal complications after radiotherapy is many,of which the most common is radioactive sinusitis.
