【摘要】 目的探讨父母和儿童对儿童冲动行为认识的差异和各自的倾向性。方法于2014年5月在河南省唐河县第一小学二至五年级中采用抽签法抽取各年级二、四、六班共12个班级的750名学生,采用儿童自评和父母评两种方法对学生进行Barratt冲动量表测评。对儿童进行分组:6岁≤年龄<9岁为小年龄组,9≤年龄≤11岁为大年龄组;Barratt冲动量表总评分≤31分为低分组,>31分为高分组。采用独立样本t检验分析父母评与儿童自评得分之间的差异。结果小年龄组在注意维度评分上父母高于儿童(t=-2.23,P=0.02),其余差异无统计学意义;大年龄组在各维度及总评分上父母均高于儿童(t=-4.95~-2.49,P≤0.01);低分组计划维度评分儿童高于父母(t=2.54,P=0.01),其余差异均无统计学意义;高分组各维度及总评分上父母均高于儿童(t=-5.07~-2.29,P<0.05或0.01);男、女生除男生计划维度评分差异无统计学意义,其余评分父母均高于儿童(t=-3.42~-2.23,P<0.05或0.01)。结论对于儿童的冲动行为,儿童的觉察弱于父母,而父母可能关注不当,更易受儿童的年龄、冲动程度因素影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the differences of evaluation and tendentiousness on children impulsive action between children and parents. Methods Total 750 children who recruited randomly from NO. 1 primary school in Tanghe county of Henan province were measured with Barratt Impulsivity Scale( BIS),and their parents completed BIS to measure them at the same time. Children were divided into elder age group and younger age group according to age,high score group and low score group according to total score of BIS,respectively. Independent- samples t test were used to analyze the data. Results The parents’ scores of BIS were higher than that of children( t =- 4. 95 ~- 2. 49,P≤0. 01) on elder age group,and only on attention subscale( t =- 2. 23,P = 0. 02) on younger age group. The parents’ scores of BIS were higher than that of children on high score group( t =- 5. 07 ~- 2. 29,P< 0. 05 or0. 01),and the children’score was higher than parents’ only on plan subscale for low score group( t = 2. 54,P = 0. 01). The parents’ scores of BIS were higher than that of children except plan subscale scores on boys( t =- 3. 42 ~- 2. 23,P < 0. 05 or 0. 01).Conclusion To children impulsive actions,children’awareness were weaker than parents’,and parents may be pay attentions inappropriatelyand were influenced by age and impulsive degree easily.更多还原
