铸造铝硅合金超声处理研究现状分析与展望
Present Research Status and Prospect of Ultrasonic Treatment for Al-Si Alloy
【摘要】 除气(去氢)和晶粒细化,是增强Al-Si合金综合力学性能的主要措施。超声波处理因其独特的声学效果,使其在金属凝固过程中对除气与细化晶粒都有较好作用。结果表明,施振功率是影响除气及晶粒细化效果的主要因素,而目前的研究多是基于PZT(压电陶瓷)换能器进行的,由于施振功率较小,所以对基于振动技术实现Al-Si合金增强性能机理的研究有一定的局限性。超磁致伸缩材料由于有更大的功率密度及良好的控制特性,基于超磁致伸缩换能器增强铸造Al-Si合金力学性能的研究可为进一步提高铸造Al-Si合金力学性能提供新途径。
【Abstract】 Degassing and grain refinement are main method to enhance the comprehensive mechanical properties of Al-Si alloy.Ultrasonic treatment can achieve both degassing and grain refinement due to the acoustic behavior.The power of the ultrasonic is the main factor influencing degassing and grain refinement.PZT actuators are globally utilized,whose low power is a restrictive factor.Giant magnetostrictive material has the higher power and better control characteristics,which can be a new approach to be applied on Al-Si alloy casting enhancement.
