拉拔工艺对定向凝固Cu-Ag合金导线性能的影响
Effects of Drawing Process on Properties of Directional Solidification Cu-Ag Conduct Wires
【摘要】 采用水平连续定向凝固法,制备了16 mm的不同Ag含量的Cu-Ag合金杆,通过多道次冷拉拔,制备了0.12mm的Cu-Ag合金导线,研究了Ag含量和拉拔变形对Cu-Ag合金的抗拉强度、伸长率与电导率的影响。结果表明,定向凝固杆具有纵向连续柱状晶及良好的伸长率,适合拉拔微细线材。随后采用再结晶退火工艺,提高了合金的伸长率,并成功试制了电导率达58.00 MS/m、抗拉强度为300 MPa、伸长率为23%的Cu-Ag合金细线。
【Abstract】 ф16mm Cu-Ag alloy rod billets with different Ag content were prepared by horizontal continuous directional solidification method.The Cu-Ag alloy wire with 0.12 mm in diameter was produced with many passes of cold drawing.The mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of Cu-Ag wires were tested.Effects of Ag content and drawing deformation on the tensile strength,elongation and electric conductivity of Cu-Ag wires were examined.The results show that the directional solidification rod billet exhibits continuous columnar crystal textures along the longitudinal direction,which results in excellent elongation performance.Therefore,it is very suitable for drawing fine wires.Finally,wires’ elongation is increased by the recystallization annealing processing.Cu-Ag alloy fine wires with 58.00MS/m conductivity,300 MPa strength and 23% elongation were produced successfully.
