【摘要】 目的分析临床护理路径在脑梗死治疗患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年6月~2015年5月之间收治的58例脑梗死患者作为观察对象,使用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各29例。对照组患者采用一般护理干预措施;观察组患者在健康教育过程中应用临床护理路径。对比两组患者的健康教育知识掌握情况以及心理状态。结果观察组患者的健康知识掌握度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,SDS与SAS评分优于对照组,差异同样显著(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死治疗患者健康教育中应用临床护理路径能够显著提高患者的健康知识掌握度,改善其心理健康状态,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the health education of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 58 cases with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital in June 2014 and 2015 may as the observation object, using random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group(29 cases). The control group was treated with general nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with clinical nursing pathway in health education. The health education knowledge and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results The health knowledge of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);meanwhile, SDS and SAS scores were better than the control group, the difference was also significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patient’ s health knowledge, improve their mental health status, it is worth promoting.更多还原
