台州近海养殖贝类体内多氯联苯的污染特征及评价
The Concentrations and Risk Assessment of Polychlorinated Biphenyls(PCBs) in Shellfishes from the Breeding Environment in Taizhou
【摘要】 研究了台州近海三种常见养殖贝类体内20种多氯联苯(PCBs)的浓度水平和食用风险。结果表明:台州近海贝养殖类中均有不同程度的PCBs检出,主要组成以5-6氯代联苯为主,单体PCB-118、PCB-153的所占比例较高,各采样点中PCBs同系物组成相似。三种贝类体内20种PCBs的总浓度(∑20PCBs)为5.52-80.64ng/g(d w),其中,泥蚶、蛤蜊体内PCBs的浓度较高,缢蛏略低。通过单因子污染评价指数分析及与国家标准比较,日常摄入台州近海养殖海产品,其生物体内PCBs的浓度不对食用者造成健康风险。
【Abstract】 The concentrations of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in the soft tissues of three shellfishes(Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus, clam and Sinonovacula constricta)from the breeding environment in Taizhou were investigated, and the risks of PCBs in the shellfishes were analyzed. The results show that all PCBs are detected in all samples collected from Taizhou. The PCB-118 and PCB-153 were the major congeners. The components of PCBs in shellfishes from different sampling sites were similar. The concentrations of PCBs in Tegillarca granosa Linnaeus and clam were of higher levels. Assessment based on the estimated daily intake(TDI) and HR suggests that the PCBs in these shellfishes from the sampling sites do not pose any immediate danger to human health.
