直埋敷设供热管道的三维有限元分析
Three-dimensional Finite Element Analysis of Buried Heating Pipeline
【摘要】 本文以钢管管径为610mm的直埋敷设供热管道为例,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对供热初期的管道进行管道与土壤相互作用的三维有限元分析,得到了管道变形和截面应力的变化规律,对比分析了管道膨胀区域填充垫块对管道变形和应力的影响,其结论可为直埋敷设供热管道的设计及计算提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Taking the steel pipe diameter of 610 mm of burying heating pipe as an example,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the initial interaction between pipe and soil was built in this paper by ANSYS.The law of the deformation and stress was got and the influence on the deformation and stress of the pipe fdled with cushion block was analyzed.The conclusion provide some reference for the design and calculation of burying heating pipeline.
