活性粉末混凝土椭圆形混凝土排水管力学性能研究
Research on Mechanical Properties of the Concrete Drain Pipes with Elliptical Cross Section Using Reactive Powder Concrete
【摘要】 本文通过对椭圆形混凝土排水管截面参数优化设计、原材料选择和结构有限元计算,制作出公称直径500mm的RPC椭圆形排水管。按国家标准对管道进行了相关力学试验,分析了活性粉末混凝土管的位移-荷载全曲线、应力-荷载全曲线。研究钢纤维活性粉末混凝土椭圆管受力变形规律;给出了钢纤维活性粉末混凝土椭圆管设计、生产参数。研究成果可为钢纤维活性粉末混凝土在异型管道中的应用提供依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the elliptical cross section of concrete drain’s parameter optimization,material selection and structure finite element analysis,We produced the elliptical drain of RPC which nominal diameter is500 mm.According to national standards we has done the mechanical tests for the pipeline.We measured the displacement- load curve and Stress-load curve of the reactive powder concrete pipes.We researched the Steel fiber reactive powder concrete oval pipeline deformation of the force,and gives the pipeline’s design and production parameters.The results can provide the basis for the application of steel fiber concrete pipe in the allotype pipe
