导流片对真空管输运性能影响的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE DEFLECTOR ON THE VACUUM TUBE TRANSPORT PROPERTIES
【摘要】 导流片沿真空管轴平面布置,形成U形通道,改善管内流体流动状态,提高自然对流换热。实验结果表明:当水的出口温度约37℃时,无导流片的真空管内水温开始出现波动;而这种水温波动,只是当水的出口温度接近50℃时,才出现在布置导流片的真空管内。对于布置导流片的真空管,水的进出口温差约为5℃,而对于无导流片的真空管,则约为3℃。导流片的安置,可将真空管集热器的效率提高10%~14%。
【Abstract】 A deflector was laid in vacuum tube,forming a U-shaped channel to improve the natural convection in the tube. The experimental results showed that when the outlet water temperature is about 37 ℃,the water temperature in the ordinary vacuum tube begin to fluctuate; while this temperature fluctuation occurs in the tube with deflector merely when the outlet temperature is close to 50 ℃. The inlet-outlet temperature difference of the vacuum tube with a deflector is about 5 ℃,but for the ordinary vacuum,it is about 3 ℃. The deflector increases the efficiency of the vacuum collector of about 10%-14%.
