【摘要】 随着教育改革的不断深入,如何加强我国体育教师的职后教育成为一热点问题。对甘肃天水市、河北保定市等五个城市中的79所高校进行了调查,通过分析当前学校体育教师职后教育的发展现状,深究体育教师职后教育无法全面落实的根源,并提出了一系列发展策略来完善体育教师职后教育体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,79 colleges and universities in 5 cities such as Tianshui in Gansu province,Baoding in Hebei province are surveyed,through the analysis of the present situation of post-service education development of current school PE teachers,this paer digs in depth the root of education of PE teachers cannot be fully implemented,and puts forward a series of development strategies to improve the education system for PE teachers.更多还原
