【摘要】 问政于民是我国制定各项事业发展"十三五"规划的基本要求,上海市政府研究中心上海体育学院社会调查分中心针对市民对体育的认知及参与情况、对上海体育事业发展的印象及满意程度、对上海体育事业发展的意见及希望等进行了问卷调查,结果显示市民对体育的喜爱度和参与程度比较高,市民参与体育活动存在时间、经济、设施等障碍,市民对各项体育事业发展有期待,建议制定体育优先发展战略,响应市民呼声。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seeking advice for administration from the public is a basic requirement for stipulating the development programs in the period of the 13thFive-Year Plan. In order to have a better understanding of the people’s awareness and participation in sports, the Social Investigation Center of Shanghai University of Sport, which is affiliated to the Shanghai Government Research Center, made a questionnaire of the people’s impressions, satisfaction degrees,opinions and wishes of the sports development in Shanghai. The result shows that the Shanghai citizens love sports and like to participate in exercise. Yet there are still some problems of their participation in terms of time, money and facilities. People have their expectations to the quick development of sports. It is suggested that a strategy for the preferential development of sports should be worked out so as to meet the demands of the people.更多还原
