【摘要】 对内蒙古体育行业职业技能鉴定现状进行研究,结果表明:内蒙古获得职业鉴定证书的人员中初级所占比例最大;中级、高级所占比例偏少;健身场馆及俱乐部教练和在校大学生所占比例较大。目前内蒙古面临着增加体育行业职业技能培训基地、拓展鉴定项目、协调区域平衡、加强培训队伍建设等问题。针对存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper studies the current professional skill appraisal of sports industry in Inner Mongolia.The junior staff takes the largest proportion in the professional skill certificate candidates in Inner Mongolia;the intermediate and the senior take less proportion;the university students and the coaches in gyms and clubs take the largest proportion.There are needs to increase training institutions of professional skill of sports industry,increase appraisal items,balance the district areas and strengthen the construction of training teams.The paper also proposes countermeasures.更多还原
