青年男子短道速滑运动员下肢小肌群专项力量训练的研究

【摘要】 通过实验法、数理统计法对吉林省青年男子短道速滑一级运动员的下肢小肌肉群训练进行分析。旨在从短道速度滑冰专项下肢小肌群力量训练的研究出发,通过下肢小肌群在短道速滑各个滑跑环节中的参与关系,寻找出以短道速滑项目为主的下肢小肌群训练评定指标,运用对指标的评价、对指标权重,建立专项下肢小肌群力量训练的框架,对吉林省青年男子短道速滑运动员的下肢专项能力的提高具有一定的参考价值和意义。得出结论:1)该测试训练项对于一般下肢身体小肌群陆地训练与冰上专项下肢小肌群训练联系紧密,对运动员专项能力提高至关重要;2)该测试结果反映出了实验组在进行70±2次下肢小肌群训练课的条件下,对于冰上专项能力与疲劳后蹬冰效果的保持均有显著提高。为青年短道速滑运动员下肢小肌群专项力量训练提供一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 This study analyzes lower limb muscles of Young male athletes of short-track speed skating in Jilin Province through experiments.This study aims to analyzes the relationship between lower limb muscles and the short-track speeding skating so as to find the lower limb muscle training assessment indicators in shorttrack speed skating.In addition,it attempts to establish a framework for the strength training of special lower limb muscle by using indicators evaluation and index weights and provide improve guidance in improving lower limb of young male short-track speed skaters in Jilin province.It concluded that:1)This training closely connected with the general training of small muscles of lower extremity and special training of small limb muscles of athletes on ice,which is significant to the improvement of athletes’ special ability;2)The test results reflect that after the 70 ± 2 times limb small muscles training course,there is a significantly increase for the special ability and the pedaling ice effects.This study provides a reference for youth short-track speed skaters in special strength training of limb small muscles.
