以专项技能培养为主导的“公共体育专业化”教学改革研究

【摘要】 采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析和教学实验等研究方法,对高校体育教学改革中"体质派"和"技能派"二大思潮的8种体育教学观点进行了理论分析与评述,进而提出以专项技能培养为主导的"公共体育专业化"教学改革理论,阐述了其概念内涵、课程设置、标准体系,以及上海大学的一些具体做法。认为:"公共体育专业化"就是通过公共体育课程的教学改革,根据不同层次学生不同的特点和实际发展的需要,通过分层分类课程模块设置,引导学生确立专修的体育专项,并以此作为自己体育上的"专业",以专项等级评价为学习目标,赋予专业化的教学内涵,为终身体育打下扎实基础,可能成为学校体育教学改革的一个突破口和创新点。

【Abstract】 There are eight viewpoints on physical education reform at colleges and universities in the two main theories, namely "constitutional" and "technical". This paper theoretically analyzes and evaluates these standpoints via published papers, expert interviews, logic analysis and teaching experiments. Furthermore, the theory of physical education reform called "specializing public sports" is asserted, the principal of which is developing professional skills. In this paper, the author elucidates the definition of the concept, the curriculum design and the standard system of this theory, and offers some detailed measures conducted in Shanghai University. According to this study, "specializing public sports" is a physical educational reform of the curriculum about public sports. Concerning various characteristics and demands of development in different student groups, the curriculum is classified and stratified so that students can be guided to determine and specialize some certain kinds of sports. In this way, students can obtain their own specialties in physical education, and set the better specialty evaluation as their study goals. At the same time, students are given professional teaching connotation. It also lays solid foundation for the physical education in their rest life. The theory given in this paper is likely to be a breakthrough and innovation in the physical education reform at colleges and universities.
