【摘要】 为了对今后的大型田径赛事的比赛场地管理提供科学的参考,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地考察法等研究方法,以在我国举行的奥运会、亚运会、世界大学生运动会和青奥会为例,系统梳理了比赛场地管理(FOP管理)的管理理念、主要任务和比赛通用管理方法。研究认为:1)空间管理上各赛事符合国际大型田径赛事相关行业和办赛要求;2)比赛器材方面各赛事能够满足国际大型赛事对照明、广播音响系统、展示系统、媒体设施的基本要求;3)北京奥运会的人员布局合理、完善,是各项赛事的典范,而其他3项赛事存在布局图制作不完善、不能按图实施等诸多问题;4)北京奥运会比赛场地流线管理规范,而其他3项赛事存在监察验证环节不够、未按照国际管理实施管理等不足;5)北京奥运会应急预案具有可执行性,其他3项赛事应急预案与实际脱离现象严重,且未能充分体现预见性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to provide scientific reference to competition field management for future largescale athletics competition, adopting research methods of literature consultation, specialist interview and field investigation, taking Olympic Games, Asian Games, Universiade and Youth Olympic Games organized in China as examples, this thesis systematically combs management theory, main task and competition general management method of FOP management. Research shows: 1) Space management meets international large-scale athletics competition organization requirement. 2) Competition facility meets general requirement of lighting, broadcasting sound system, sports presentation and media facility. 3) Beijing Olympic Games is the model in staff allocation, the rest 3 competitions exist problems like irrational allocation and implementation. 4) Competition filed streamline management of Beijing Olympic Games is standard, but the rest 3 competitions exist insufficient inspection verification and implementation against international management. 5) Emergency plan of Beijing Olympic Games is executable, the rest 3 competitions’ emergency plan is divorced from reality and lack of prediction.更多还原
