【摘要】 师范生顶岗实习存在实习时间长、实习学校分散且偏远等实际问题。因此,基于实践共同体理论和发达的网络平台,研究者创建了顶岗实习专栏网页、顶岗实习QQ群、顶岗实习公共博客,以构建有利于促进实习生专业发展的实践共同体。同时,为保证实践共同体的有效运行,建议健全实践共同体长效管理制度,优化网络平台交流环境,拓展共同体学习交流内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 There exist some realistic problems in the in- post teaching practice for normal students,such as the longer time of practice and the remoteness of practice school. Based on the theory of Community of Practice and advanced internet platform,researchers adopt the webpage of the column,QQ community and public blog for the in- post teaching training,aiming to construct a Community of Practice to improve their professional development. Meantime,some suggestions are also given in order to ensure the effective work of the community of practice such as: perfecting the effective management system of the practice community; optimizing the communicating environment of network platform; and expanding the exchanging and learning content of the community.更多还原
