某轿车的悬架K&C特性分析

【摘要】 汽车作为一种交通工具已经融入到了大多数人的生活当中。悬架系统是现代汽车的重要组成部分。一个具有良好综合性能的悬架系统,对提高汽车的平顺性和操纵稳定性有着重要的意义。k&c作为汽车悬架的操作稳定性主要指标,已经运用于汽车设计当中。建立半车动力学模型,并对其进行运动学仿真分析,得出k&c的特性参数。通过对k&c的理论分析,对比实验数据,对各项试验项目进行分析,以及对标车的比对,得出k&c特性对汽车的影响。

【Abstract】 The automobile using as a means of transportation has been integrated into most people’s life.The suspension system is an important part of the modern automobile.It is important to improve vehicle ride comfort and handling stability with the suspension system of a favourable comprehensive performance.The K&C is acted as main index of the operation stability of vehicle suspension,which mainly uses in automobile design.A half car dynamic model is established,and its kinematic simulation analysis is carried out,obtaining characteristic parameters of k&c.Through the analysis of the theory of k&c,compared with the standard car,the effect of k&c on the car is obtained.
