【摘要】 目的为了解GCS评分曲线图的应用效果,是否有助于提高护士的病情观察能力,特进行了问卷调查。方法自行设计了调查表,对69名应用过GCS评分曲线图的护士进行调查。结果 98.5%的护士认为GCS评分是观察意识的重要工具,86.9%的护士认为使用GCS评分曲线图与单纯进行GCS评分记录在病历中对意识障碍患者的病情观察不同。结论 GCS评分曲线图的"直观形象、持续动态"观察病情的作用能够被多数护士认可,说明应用GCS评分曲线图能够提高护士对意识障碍患者的病情观察能力,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Purpose To know the application effect of Glasgow coma scale helping the nurses to observe diseases,we have a questionnaire survey. Methods: Using the self- design questionnaire,We investigated 69 nurses who had drawed the GCS score curve. Result: 98. 5% of the nurses thought that the GCS score is an important tool for observing the consciousness. 86. 9% of the nurses thought there are difference between drawing the GCS score curve and simple recoring GCS score in the medical records. Conclution: The GCS score curve are more intuitive and image,can help the nurses observing the diseases changes continuously and dynamically. It is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
