【摘要】 目的探讨循证护理对恶性肿瘤患者家庭成员的心理影响。方法将112例恶性肿瘤患者的家庭成员,随机分为常规护理组和循证护理组,每组61例。对患者家庭成员的心理状态的评估采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),统计软件为SAS8.0,采用χ2检验进行统计分析。结果两组护理前后SAS评分,P<0.05,具有统计学差异显著,即循证护理组较常规护理组好,两个组的护理之前和SDS评分的比较之后,P<0.05;有统计学差异显著,即循证护理组较常规护理组的要好。结论与常规护理相比,循证护理能显著提高患者的家属的心理状态,减少抑郁与焦虑的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the psychological effects of malignant tumor patients family members on the evidence- based nursing. Methods: 112 cases of family members of patients with malignant tumor,were randomly divided into? routine nursing group and evidence- based nursing group,61 cases in each group. Evaluation of the psychological state of family members of patients by using self rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) and self rating Depression Scale( SDS),statistical software for the SAS8. 0,χ2test was used for statistical analysis.
