【摘要】 目的评价临床路径在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿治疗中,护理依从性应用的效果。方法将泰山医学院附属医院70例支原体肺炎住院患儿作为观察组,按临床路径接受个体化的治疗和护理。同时选取同期70例肺炎支原体肺炎住院患儿为对照组,给予传统的治疗和护理。结果与对照组比较,观察组患儿家长对护理依从性明显提高,患儿肺外并发症例数明显减少,交叉感染明显降低,患儿的平均住院日明显缩短,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床路径可提高支原体肺炎住院患儿家长对护理的依从性,减少护理并发症,缩短患儿平均住院日。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of Clinical pathway in nursing compliance in children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: 140 cases of mycoplasmal pneumonia patients from Affiliated Hospital of Tai’an Medical College were divided into the observation group which were in clinical pathway and control group. Results: Compared with the control group,the nursing compliance of observation group significantly improve,children with extra- pulmonary complications were significantly reduced,cross infection was significantly reduced,the average hospital stay is shortened obviously,the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The nursing compliance in children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia was improved with clinical pathway,it ght be of important treatment value in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.更多还原
