【摘要】 目的观察A型肉毒毒素联合曲安奈德治疗增生性疤痕的临床效果。方法增生性疤痕患者46例,按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组各23例,对照组注射50 mg曲安奈德与2%利多卡因混合液,观察组先在增生性疤痕表面涂利多卡因软膏行表面麻醉,1h后注射A型肉毒毒素,2周后注射曲安奈德液。随访6个月,采用可视对比评分量表(Visualanalogyscale,VAS)对患者痛痒症状变化进行评分,统计两组效果满意度,并对比两组治疗结果。结果治疗后两组VAS值均下降,但自第1次注射完曲安奈德液后,观察组与对照组之间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自第2次注射后其效果满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且疗程结束后其效果满意度仍保持高水平,而对照组则呈现下降趋势;治疗后随访6个月结束,观察组总有效率为95.7%,明显高于对照组的69.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 A型肉毒毒素联合曲安奈德治疗已发生的增生性疤痕具有一定的治疗效果,可有效抑制瘢痕增生,减轻痛痒症状,且副作用小,具有较高的安全性,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate botulinum toxin type A clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide hypertrophic scarring. Methods: 46 cases of patients with hypertrophic scars,according randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 23 cases in the control group was injected with 50 mg of triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine 2% was observed in the first group of hypertrophic scars coated lidocaine due to surface anesthesia ointment,1h after injection of botulinum toxin type A,two weeks after the injection of triamcinolone acetonide solution.
