【摘要】 目的优选泰山紫草总萘醌类成分的提取方法。方法以总萘醌类成分得率为考察指标,比较回流提取法、渗漉提取法和超声提取法的提取效率;采用紫外光分光光度法,以乙醇作溶媒,在516nm处测定吸光度,计算泰山紫草中总萘醌的含量。结果超声提取法所得总萘醌成分得率最高。结论超声提取法为泰山紫草中总萘醌类化合物较好的提取方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Objective To establish an appropriate extracting method for Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc.. Methods: Using the rate of harvesting of the naphthaquinone as the indices,compare three extraction methods including the reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction and percolation extraction; By ultraviolet spectrophotometry,we use ethanol as solvent to determine the absorbency in 516 nm and calculate the content of total naphthoquinones in Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc.. Results: The highest rate of harvesting of total naphthoquinone were obtained by using ultrasonic extraction. Conclusion: Ultrasonic extraction is appropriate for Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc.更多还原
