【Abstract】 As a rule,political rules is the development scale of the Party and the country.The pioneer of sinicization of Marxism,Mao Zedong put forward many rules during the leading of revolution and construction,such as the party’s authority, the party’s solidarity and unity, the democratic centralism, the law and discipline,the party’s traditional and style.
