【Abstract】 The library consortium is the inevitable trend of the development of the library group. The alliances’ cooperation is not only in capital level,but also in the management level. The alliances in Taiwan Region develop rapidly. Among the alliances, "Taiwan Academic E-Book and Database Alliance"should be paid attention to. In this paper,the authors discuss the mechanism, operation and evaluation of this alliance, aiming at providing a reference for the mainland regional library consortium.更多还原
