【Abstract】 Tangshan was declared a city 4times in history,namely in 1925,in 1928,in 1938,and in1946.Scholars agree that the declaration of Tangshan as a city in 1928 did not meet the necessary conditions,and that the designation of Tangshan as a city by the Japanese puppet regime in 1938 should not be recognized,but disagree on whether 1925 or 1946was the time when Tangshan City was founded.Although the Tangshan City,founded by the Kuomintang government in 1946,had the features of modern administrative system,the study of historical data demonstrates that it is more accurate to conclude that the city was first founded in 1925.更多还原
