不同水质对沉水植物马来眼子菜主要生理指标的影响研究

【摘要】 沉水植物生理指标能反映其生长的环境条件变化,建立二者的关系对认识沉水植物衰退机理以及湖泊生态系统修复具有重要的意义。采用原位试验,分析了太湖不同营养状态条件下马来眼子菜(Potamogeton wrightii Morong)叶片内叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及游离脯氨酸(PRO)含量的差异,初步探讨了马来眼子菜叶片内主要生理指标对水质的响应机理。结果表明:(1)马来眼子菜分布的不同湖区间水质理化因子、综合营养状态指数(TLI)存在显著的空间差异,马来眼子菜主要生长于中营养水质或富营养状态下;(2)太湖马来眼子菜叶片内主要生理指标存在显著空间差异,其叶绿素、POD与TLI呈显著二次多项式回归关系,中营养水平下,除游离脯氨酸外,其他生理指标均与TLI呈显著相关;(3)中营养水平下,马来眼子菜叶片内各生理指标与水质理化因子之间表现为显著相关性,且与TN、TP及COD_Mn关系最为密切。本试验表明,马来眼子菜比较适合中营养水质条件,水体氮磷浓度、高锰酸盐指数对马来眼子菜的生理影响较大。

【Abstract】 Physiological indices of submerged macrophytes are reflections of environmental conditions, for which building their correspondence relations of is of important significance to researching the mechanism that submerged macrophytes decline and the lake ecosystem restoring. Response mechanisms of main physiological indices in leaves of Potamogeton wrightii Morong to lake water quality were studied under the field test, combined with measuring Chlorophyll contents and peroxidase(POD) activities as well as free proline(PRO) contents in the leaves of P. wrightii Morong under different water quality and nutrition status. The results showed that:(1) there were significant spatial differences among physicochemical factors and the comprehensive eutrophication index(TLI) in P. wrightii Morong’s main distribution zones in lake Taihu. P. wrightii Morong mainly grew in mesotrophic water or eutrophic water.(2) there were significant spatial differences among main physiological indices in the leaves of P. wrightii Morong in different zones in lake Taihu. There was an obvious quadratic regression relationship between Chlorophyll, POD and TLI. The physiological indices except PRO were significantly correlated with TLI in mesotrophic water.(3) there were significant correlations between physiological indices in the leaves of P. wrightii Morong and physicochemical factors. Besides, the most relevant water factors for physiological indices in the leaves of P. wrightii Morong were TN, TP, and COD_Mn. The findings from this study indicate that P. wrightii Morong well grows in mesotrophic water, and TN, TP and CODMn have most important effects on physiological indices of P. wrightii Morong.
