延河流域水土保持信息系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Soil and Water Conservation Information System in Yanhe River Basin
【摘要】 区域水土保持信息系统涉及因素多、信息量大,科学管理有着极其重要的意义。本研究采用C/S体系,以延河流域为实验区,建立了区域水土保持信息系统。利用Oracle+Arc SDE+Arc Engine构架、采用元数据表、基于树结构实现了按水土流失影响因子类型分层、按矢量和栅格数据分类来管理数据;实时进行水土流失影响因子的空间插值以减少因栅格数据大带来的数据冗余和存储困难;基于栅格数据缩略图和网络实现栅格数据快速查询;在网络环境下多用户能够协同操作,实现对各因子及土壤侵蚀量的模拟运算,并能对水土流失进行定量评价和专题统计分析。该方式可大大提升水土保持信息管理效率、并为决策提供科学参考。
【Abstract】 Factors, including climate, soil, vegetation, topography and practice aimed to conserve soil and water, affect soil and water loss. Therefore, it is very important to scientifically manage the data of these factors. The soil and water conservation system in Yanhe Basin was constructed with C/S system, Oracle, Arc SDE and Arc Engine. Based on the tree structure of spatial data management and fast query of the vector and raster data, this system could complete the spatial interpolation and import different type data of the factors that influenced soil erosion. It also could simulate the dynamic process of soil loss in this basin. Especially in the network running environment for this system, it could realize multiple-user cooperation of all factors with the corresponding models, and evaluate the soil erosion, and analyze the results effectively. All these could make the management and decision-making of soil and water conservation more scientific and accurate.
