【摘要】 本文以Vc作为对照,采用分光光度法对爬山虎多糖提取物体外抗氧还活性进行了研究。结果表明,该多糖具有一定体外抗氧化能力和抗氧化多样性,其中对·DPPH清除能力较强,IC50为0.663 mg/m L;对·OH和O-·2的清除能力适中,但均明显低于Vc;而其总还原能力较弱。爬山虎多糖有望开发成天然抗氧化剂应用于食品和医药行业。更多还原

【Abstract】 With Vitamin C as the positive control,the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Parthenocissus tricuspidata( Sieb. et Zucc.) Planch. in vitro was investigated by using spectrophotometry in this paper. The results indicated that the polysaccharides from Parthenocissus tricuspidata( Sieb. et Zucc.) Planch. had moderate ability of antioxidant activity and diversity,showing strong antioxidant activity against ·DPPH with IC500. 663 mg / m L,good inhibitory effects to ·OH,O-·2,which were weaker than Vitamin C,and weak reducing capacity. The polysaccharides from Parthenocissus tricuspidata( Sieb. et Zucc.) Planch. is expected to be explored as a natural antioxidant applied to food and pharmaceutical industries.更多还原
