【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法该研究中回顾分析该院2012年4月—2015年4月收治的80例糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床资料,对全部患者进行健康教育,1年后观察临床效果。结果 80例患者的治疗依从性行为、血糖控制情况及血脂达标率均明显优于教育之前,教育前后的各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够增加糖尿病视网膜病变患者治疗的依从性,能够使血糖得到有效控制,使血脂达标率升高,对患者病情的控制具有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of health education on patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted about the clinical data of 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015. All the patients were provided with health education, and the clinical effects were observed after one year. Results The compliance behavior, blood glucose control and blood lipids of the 80 patients were all significantly better than those before health education. There were significant differences between the data collected before and after health education. With P<0.05, the results were statistically significant. Conclusion Health education can increase the treatment compliance of diabetic retinopathy patients, effectively control blood sugar, and help promote dislipidaemia rate. Therefore, health education is of significant value to the disease control of patients.更多还原
