【摘要】 目的通过观察糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的临床治疗方法 ,探讨运用甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选择该院收治的60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,根据住院时间随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例,对照组仅使用甲钴胺进行治疗。实验组采用甲钴胺联合前列地尔进行治疗,治疗后比较两组差异。结果治疗后实验组患者有效率为92.3%,对照组有效率为71.3%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),运用甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病有显著疗效,安全系数高,不良反应明显减少,可有效改善和提高糖尿病周围神经病患者的生活质量。结论经过临床研究进行论证,在运用甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病过程中,将两种药物联合使用后,两种药物协同作用于机体实现了改善并恢复糖尿病周围神经病变的功能。相比较于单独应用一种药物治疗的方式,显著疗效,安全系数高,不良反应明显减少,为临床中治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疾病提供了有力的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe diabetic peripheral neuropathy(diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN) clinical treatment methods to explore the use of Mecobalamin alprostadil therapy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
