【摘要】 目的分析糖尿病合并脑动脉瘤行血管内栓塞治疗的并发症观察及护理。方法将2011年3月—2014年5月期间该院收治的56例糖尿病合并脑动脉瘤行血管内栓塞为研究对象,对其并发症进行观察,采取相应的护理措施,观察护理效果。结果此次研究中共发现2例脑血管痉挛、3例应激性胃溃疡、3例肺部感染以及2例穿刺点局部出血。所有患者均通过有针对性护理后转好出院。结论糖尿病合并脑动脉瘤行血管内栓塞治疗患者术后,对患者病情进行严密监视、观察,通常进行有针对性的护理措施能够降低相关并发症的发病几率,帮助患者早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the complications of diabetes complicated by cerebral aneurysms treated by endovascular embolization and the corresponding nursing. Methods 56 cases with diabetes complicated by cerebral aneurysms admitted in our hospital between March 2011 and May 2014 were selected as the subjects. All the patients were treated by endovascular embolization. The complications occurred in the patients were observed, and corresponding nursing measures were given to them, and the nursing efficacy was observed. Results In this study, it was found that there were 2 cases with cerebral vasospasm, 3 cases with stress ulcer, 3 cases with pulmonary infection and 2 cases with local hemorrhage at the point of puncture. All the patients improved and discharged from hospital after targeted nursing. Conclusion For diabetes complicated by cerebral aneurysms treated by endovascular embolization, the conditions of the patients should be closely monitored and observed, and generally targeted nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of related complications and help the patients recover as soon as possible.更多还原
